Adult Congenital Cardiologist | Collaborative Team in OH | Career Growth

Ohio-based Akron Children’s seeks an additional Adult Congenital Cardiologist to join its expanding Heart Center. Akron Children’s Hospital is the largest pediatric healthcare system in Northeast Ohio and is ranked among the best children’s hospitals. We are seeking a dedicated physician to join our Adult Congenital Heart Disease Cardiology team, caring for young adults as they transition seamlessly into adulthood.

The successful candidate will join a well-established group, expanding the services of the Heart Center team, and will treat ACHD patients.

Our dynamic team provides coordinated, compassionate care to over 10K patients annually and includes:

• 16 pediatric cardiologists,
• 7 advanced practice providers
• 2 cardiothoracic surgeons

Services include:

• Advanced diagnostics, complex surgical procedures, an adult congenital heart disease program, a fetal imaging program and a cardiac MRI program.

Requirements include board eligibility/certification in Adult Congenital Heart Disease and the ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Ohio.
