Build and Lead our Cardiology Service Line

SageWest Health Careis actively recruiting an experienced Cardiologist to build and lead our service line from the ground up. group with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women’s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. About the position:

1. Unique opportunity to build a program with strong administrative support and long-term growth potential.
2. Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
3. Initial mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage
4. Approximately 10 days of call per month
5. Guaranteed compensation during ramp-up
6. Dedicated clinical support staff
7. Opportunity to help shape program development and future expansion

Scope of Practice:

1. General / Non-Invasive Cardiology
2. Electrophysiology (EP) welcomed
3. Echo, TEE, nuclear/stress testing, cardiac CT/MRI
4. Device management including pacemakers and ICDs

Not Included:

1. Interventional cardiology
2. PCI/STEMI coverage

Qualifications:

1. BE/BC in Cardiology
2. Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority
