Lutheran Hospital, a member of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Heart Failure Cardiology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists and advanced practice providers in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals with complex cardiovascular conditions.

Position Highlights

    • Outpatient clinic care
    • Inpatient rounding and patient management
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Shared inpatient night and weekend call responsibilities
  • Opportunity to care for patients across the continuum of heart failure treatment and management
  • Cardiology experience preferred
  • Experienced Nurse Practitioners and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
