Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist – Part‑Time Flexibility | $30,000 Sign‑On Bonus + $15,000 Relocation

TMC Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist with a strong focus on open heart and structural heart cases. This part‑time position offers exceptional work‑life balance, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work within a highly specialized cardiac program.

Candidates must hold at least Basic TEE certification, with Advanced TEE certification preferred, and have TEE experience within the past year. All cardiac and structural intraprocedural echocardiography is performed by the cardiac anesthesiologist. This role includes weekend and overnight cardiothoracic call.

This position includes a $30,000 sign‑on bonus and $15,000 relocation package.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for open heart and structural heart procedures
• Perform intraprocedural TEE for cardiac and structural cases
• Collaborate closely with cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiologists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in weekend and overnight cardiothoracic call rotation
• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based perioperative care
• Support quality improvement and patient‑safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Experience in cardiothoracic anesthesia
• Basic TEE certification required
• Advanced TEE certification preferred
• TEE experience within the past year
• Adult Cardiothoracic Fellowship training preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
