Psychiatry - Child and Adolescent Physician

Atrium Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our expanding Behavioral Health team at Atrium Behavioral Health Davidson. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a highly collaborative, well-supported environment dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient care to children and adolescents.

Team & Practice Environment Join a well-established, multidisciplinary behavioral health team, including:

* 3 Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists (including this role) * 5 Adult Psychiatrists * 5 Licensed Therapists * 1 Psychologist * 1 RN and 3 CMAs * 1 Medical Director overseeing inpatient and outpatient services

Position Highlights Schedule & Practice Details

Monday-Friday schedule with: * ~36 hours of direct patient care * 4 hours of dedicated administrative time

Early Fridays: Clinic closes at 1:30 PM to promote work-life balance and team collaboration Hybrid Model: Minimum of one onsite day per week; remaining days can be remote Call Schedule:

* Approximately 2 shared weekday/weekend call shifts per month * 1 holiday call annually * Call supports adult inpatient unit only, located on the same campus

Practice Setting

* Located on the Davidson Behavioral Health campus * Outpatient clinic is co-located alongside the inpatient hospital, enabling seamless coordination of care * Collaborative, team-based model with excellent clinical and administrative infrastructure * Integrated continuum of care supporting both inpatient and outpatient services
