  • Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (JHACH) in St. Petersburg, Florida, is recruiting Physicians for its main campus in St. Petersburg, and additional locations including Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Wesley Chapel. The incoming Neurologist will join our team of specialists with expertise in multiple areas of Neurology. As members of the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Institute for Brain Protection Sciences, our Child Neurology team draws upon the expertise of specialists including Neurosurgery, neuroimaging, neuro-oncology, neuropsychology, and neuropathology. Members of the faculty participate in the education of neurology, neuroscience, and pediatrics residents and fellows. The Johns Hopkins All Children’s Neurology Residency Program is an innovative five year, ACGME accredited program, designed to train the next generation of pediatric neurologists.

     

    Neurohospitalist, St. Petersburg, FL (main campus)

    ·         Emphasis is on inpatient care, for expanding Child Neurology Program.

    ·         Provide care on the pediatric general floors, PICU, CVICU, and NICU units.

    ·         Neuro-hospitalists are joined by APPs, adult and child neurology residents and pediatric residents.

    ·         Inpatient care is divided into daytime and night-time shifts, 2 weeks per month, and 1 week a month for time off.

    ·         The ideal candidate should be comfortable with EEGs with formal reports performed by neurophysiologists and epileptologists.

    ·         Subspecialty training in neuro-critical care and stroke are encouraged to apply.

     

    Outpatient Child Neurology, Offices in Wesley Chapel (North Market) and Sarasota, FL (South Market)

    ·         New affiliate hospital in Wesley Chapel, FL with plans to open in Spring 2027.

    ·         Outpatient office in Sarasota.

    ·         Outpatient practice with NO call responsibilities.

    ·         Board eligible or board-certified Child Neurologist.

    ·         Strong interdisciplinary collaboration with all ACH physicians.

    ·         Opportunities to participate in teaching within the JCACH-ACGME accredited Child Neurology Residency Program.

     

    Outpatient Child Neurology, Offices in Lakeland and Brandon, FL (East Markets)

    ·         Outpatient office in Lakeland and Brandon.

    ·         Outpatient practice with NO call responsibilities.

    ·         Board eligible or board-certified Child Neurologist.

    ·         Strong interdisciplinary collaboration with all ACH physicians.

    ·         Opportunities to participate in teaching within the JCACH-ACGME accredited Child Neurology Residency Program.

    $265-280k
