Job Highlights
The Division of Pediatric Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine at the University of Minnesota is seeking a board-certified/eligible Pediatric Pulmonologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank on an academic track.
Opportunity Highlights:
- The successful candidate will provide clinical expertise in the care of children with both congenital and acquired airway & lung diseases, as well as disorders of breathing (apnea) across hospital and outpatient clinic settings.
- They will complement the Division's existing strengths in bronchoscopy, pulmonary complications of organ transplantation, sleep medicine, exercise physiology. Additionally, the candidate is encouraged to develop clinical activities in a specialized area of their choosing that brings a new dimension of expertise to the Division.
- This role involves close collaborate with other areas of the Department that care for children with pulmonary conditions, as well as with Hennepin County Medical Center.
- There will also be opportunities to teach fellows, residents and medical students.
