    What You'll Do

    • Develop and execute a multi-year strategic vision for hematology and cellular therapy services
    • Provide medical oversight of CAR-T and stem cell transplant programs
    • Lead quality improvement initiatives, outcomes tracking, and performance excellence
    • Drive regulatory readiness and accreditation (FACT, Joint Commission)
    • Expand research programs and clinical trial participation
    • Strengthen regional referral networks and program visibility
    • Lead hematologic malignancy tumor boards and complex case reviews. Strengthen care transitions across inpatient and ambulatory settings.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Board-certified in Hematology/Oncology
    • Fellowship-trained with expertise in hematologic malignancies
    • BMT (Bone Marrow Transplantation) fellowship trained preferred
    • Proven leadership experience (Program Director, Section Chief, or similar)
    • Two years’ experience with cellular therapy, transplant, and/or early-phase clinical trials
    • Strong background in clinical research, quality improvement, and program development
    • Passion for building programs, mentoring teams, and advancing patient care

    Compensation Details

    $575K–$673K

    Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $575,000-$673,000. Additional compensation for the clinical director role will apply.   Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations.  Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
