Oncologist Opportunity - Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, Spokane, WA

The Spokane VA Medical Center is seeking a dedicated, Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Oncologist/Hematologist to join our Medicine Service and deliver exceptional care to our nation's Veterans—America's Heroes.
Position Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive Oncology and Hematology care, including patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for both inpatient and outpatient consults.
- Develop and coordinate evidence-based clinical care plans, fostering shared decision-making with Veterans.
- Collaborate with other specialists to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Opportunity to teach medical students and residents through strong academic affiliations with the University of Washington and the Washington State School of Medicine (academic appointment possible).
Facility Overview:
- The Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center serves Veterans throughout Washington and Northern Idaho, with a main hospital and three community outpatient clinics.
- Facility includes 23 hospital beds and 31 nursing home beds, as well as a mobile clinic providing primary care to rural Veterans.
Work Schedule & Requirements:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday.
- U.S. citizenship required (non-U.S. citizens may be considered; J-1 Visa sponsorship available).
- Unrestricted U.S. medical license required.
- Board Certification in Oncology/Hematology preferred; Board Eligible candidates welcome.
