Qualifications

  • Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology and current or anticipated board certification is required
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience in malignant hematology with evidence of ability and desire to build a practice and think strategically about program development and growth.
  • Experience working in an academic medical center or specialty cancer center that delivers both clinical and translational research to patients diagnosed with cancer is desirable
  • Be well versed in the state of cancer care and the latest research and innovation
  • Applicants must have an M.D., D.O. or equivalent degree from an accredited educational institution and boarded (or board eligible) in respective specialty
  • Academic record consistent with appointment as late Assistant or early to mid-career Associate Professor
  • The selected candidate for the position must be eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license

Compensation Details

$390K–$450K

Position Benefits * Excellent benefits package, including a generous retirement contribution plan * Relocation assistance may be available * Base Salary Range: $390,000 - $450,000 (Assistant Clinical to Clinical Professor levels). *The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits.
