Job Summary:

Pacific Clinics is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our Full Service Partnership (FSP) Program in Sacramento. As the largest Mental and Behavioral Health care non-profit in California, we are dedicated to providing innovative and transformational care while ensuring access and health equity.

Key Responsibilities:

• In this vital clinical role, you will treat a diverse group of underserved adults (ages 26 and older), utilizing ACT/FACT (Assertive Community Treatment) and IPS (Individual Placement and Support) models as indicated.
• You will serve as a foundational member of a collaborative, high-performance multidisciplinary team, backed by extensive clinical and administrative support—including a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN).

Compensation & Schedule Highlights

• Hourly Pay Rate: $250/hour (Up to $500,000/year).
• Work Style Flexibility: Flexible hours and schedule with options for Hybrid, In-person, or Telepsychiatry models.
