Medical Director - Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic (Med Mgmt & TMS) $450K Salary / $600-$700K annually

Full-Time / W2 / 40 hrs/wk / M-F 9-5

Compensation: $600K-$700K

• Base Salary: $400K-$450K
• Profit Sharing: 5% *per clinic in year one
• Profit Sharing: 10% * per clinic in year two
• Quarterly bonuses

Patient Population:

• Adults
• Low- to mid-acuity
• Depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD

Treatments:

• Medication management
• TMS
• Talk therapy

Duties:

Oversee one or two clinics

• 10 hrs/wk is medication management
• 14 hrs/wk is TMS
• 5 hrs/wk is admin
• 10 hrs/wk is PMHNP supervision
• Initial intakes = 40 min
• Follow-ups = 20 min
