Role Overview This is not a second full-time job. Responsibilities typically include: • Periodic chart review (often 10–15%) • Availability for consultation (not 24/7 coverage) • Maintaining state-required collaborative agreements • Limited co-signature requirements where mandated

Time commitment is predictable and manageable alongside active practice or retirement.

Compensation Most agreements range from $800 per NP per month, depending on state requirements and scope. Many states allow collaboration with multiple NPs.
