Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in an inpatient setting. This position offers the option of both 7 on/ 7 off and Mon-Fri schedule (depending upon the physician's preference), allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Board-certified/Board-eligible Psychiatrist with valid licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
