Option 1: Regular inpatient schedule Monday–Friday based solely in Kalamazoo, MI (compensation differs).

Option 2: Split schedule — 3 days in Kalamazoo, MI and 2 days in Lansing, MI (compensation differs).

Schedule: M-F

Salary: Upto $500,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in an inpatient setting. This position offers a Mon-Fri schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Requirements:

Board-certified Psychiatrist with valid licensure.

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
