Job Title: Psychiatrist Location: Knoxville, TN Setting: Inpatient Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (Mon-Fri option can be discussed as well) Salary: up to $400,000 (potentially higher on a Mon-Fri schedule) Employment Type: W2 or 1099 Job Description: We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in an inpatient setting. This position offers the option for both 7 on / 7 off and Mon-Fri schedule (depending upon the Physician's preference), allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Board-certified Psychiatrist with valid licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
