    The Division of Pediatric Nephrology at Golisano Children's Hospital seeks an accomplished leader to join our nationally recognized institution, which values clinical achievements, fosters groundbreaking research, and delivers exceptional patient-centered care.

    The Division Chief of Pediatric Nephrology will:

    • Drive initiatives that elevate patient care and outcomes
    • Mentor and inspire the next generation of pediatric specialists; lead recruitment efforts
    • Oversee divisional faculty and faculty development
    • Collaborate across disciplines in a highly respected academic medical center

    About the Division The Division of Pediatric Nephrology provides diagnostic and consultative services for infants, children, and adolescents with fluid and electrolyte disorders, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and primary kidney programs. It offers a full spectrum of nephrology services, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, CARPEDIEM, and kidney transplants. Collaboration with Pediatric Urology is a vital part of the clinical kidney program. The Pediatric Nephrology program at Golisano Children’s Hospital has been recognized as one of the nation’s best by U.S. News & World Report.

    Qualifications

    · Board-certified in Pediatric Nephrology

    · Fellowship trained in Pediatric Nephrology

    · Demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility in Pediatric Nephrology medicine

    · An independent scholarly portfolio with evidence of research or quality improvement success

    · Proven experience mentoring trainees and junior faculty
