Partner with a robust primary care referral base; in a catchment area over 375,000, to build your successful practice. Enjoy an autonomous practice with APP support, in IU Health's newest hospital location, scheduled to open its doors in 2027. *We are looking for a start date of fall 2026.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Requires fellowship in Pulmonary Critical Care or Critical Care
- Open to current fellows and practicing physicians
Compensation Details:
- Income guaranteed, production incentive, and sign-on bonus included

Healthcare System/Hospital Description Delivering on our vision to make Indiana one of the nation's healthiest states, Indiana University Health expanded into the northeast Indiana market in 2018. Currently, IU Health operates four primary care clinics, two urgent cares, and a radiology center in the Fort Wayne area. A 40,000-square foot accredited ambulatory care center opened in 2021, with five operating and five procedure rooms for more than 10 different specialties.
