    Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Rheumatologist to provide high-quality, patient-centered specialty care in a fully outpatient setting. This role serves as a key clinical partner within our collaborative, mission-driven team.

    Join a 100% outpatient rheumatology practice focused on continuity of care and long-term patient relationships.

    • Clinical Focus: Diagnose and manage rheumatic and autoimmune conditions including inflammatory arthritis, connective tissue disorders, and metabolic bone diseases
    • Advanced Treatment: Utilize DMARDs, biologics, and evidence-based therapies

    What We’re Looking For

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
    • MD or DO with completion of an accredited Rheumatology Fellowship
    • Active or Eligible Florida Medical License and DEA
    • Passion for Community Health and mission-driven care

    Compensation Details

    Base Salary: Competitive and aligned with market benchmarks, with opportunity for annual increases Productivity Bonus: Performance-based incentive structure tied to clinical productivity and quality metrics Sign-On Bonus: Available and negotiable based on experience Loan Repayment: Eligible for NHSC Loan Repayment Program (up to $75K with ability to renew) and Florida FRAME Paid Time Off: Generous PTO package + 7 paid holidays CME Support: Annual CME allowance Malpractice Coverage: Fully covered including tail coverage Retirement: 401(k) with employer contribution after one year Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision effective day 31 of employment Additional Benefits: Life insurance, long-term disability (after one year), and employee assistance programs
