Rheumatology Opportunity – Physician-Owned Multi-Specialty Group

Step into an established referral network with immediate patient demand. We have designed a Rheumatology practice designed to reduce unnecessary administrative burden while protecting physician autonomy, flexibility, and long-term career satisfaction.

AO Multi Specialty Clinic is a physician-owned, physician-led multi-specialty practice serving Georgia and South Carolina. Due to continued regional growth and overwhelming patient demand, we are seeking Rheumatologists interested in full-time, part-time, or flexible practice models.

Immediate Practice Growth

Our current rheumatology service has an approximately 18-month wait list for new patient appointments. Physicians joining our group can expect to establish a busy practice rapidly while maintaining control over their schedule and practice style.

Technology Designed to Reduce Burnout

We use LumaMDX, a physician-designed workflow intelligence platform built to reduce administrative burden and improve efficiency.

Features include:

• AI-generated longitudinal patient summaries • Ambient AI documentation integrated with prior notes • AI-enabled clinical workflows • Improved physician cross-coverage • Physicians save 1.5–2 hours per day in documentation time • Ask Luma AI assistant helps answer staff questions, draft letters, and reduce interruptions throughout the day

Flexible Practice Models

• Full-time opportunities consist of 4 clinic days per week plus 1 administrative day • Part-time opportunities available • Flexible scheduling options • No pressure to increase FTE or patient volume beyond physician preference • We are willing to customize schedules for the right physician

Compensation

• Full-time salary plus productivity incentives ~ $400,000 • Part-time compensation proportional to schedule • Comprehensive benefits package available for full time physicians • Opportunity for significant additional compensation through productivity incentives

• 5 weeks vacation a year

Typical Clinic Structure

• Primarily outpatient practice • Clinic hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM • Physician-controlled scheduling templates • Modern infusion and specialty service infrastructure within the organization
