Job Summary:
Norton Rheumatology Specialists, part of Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join its growing physician-led practice. Join an established team of six rheumatologists and an experienced advanced practice provider caring for more than 15,000 patients annually. You'll practice primarily in an outpatient setting while collaborating with experts in dermatology, nephrology, pulmonology, hematology, orthopedics, and other specialties to provide comprehensive care for patients with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage a wide variety of rheumatologic and autoimmune diseases
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with inflammatory and connective tissue disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing biologic therapies, infusion services, and evidence-based medicine
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists including dermatology, nephrology, pulmonology, hematology, and orthopedics
- Interpret laboratory testing, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
- Participate in a shared call schedule with fellow providers
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
- Eligible for Kentucky medical licensure
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Primarily outpatient practice
- Shared physician call schedule

Compensation & Benefits:
