Partnership Opportunity w/ a Rheum Private Practice with Infusion Services

Greenstaff Medical is looking for 1-3x American Board Certified (or soon will be) Rheumatologists to join a Private Practice in a suburban town of New Jersey that is in high-demand and close proximity to everything. 

Practice Overview:

• 2 MDs + 3 NPs (historically 7–8 providers)
• 2,500 new patients/year
• Established, high-volume group with infusion services

Compensation:

• $300K base + productivity model (~$380K threshold)
• Revenue share (~50%) on collections above threshold
• Performance-based bonuses + annual evaluations
• Partnership track + additional infusion revenue upside
