Partnership Opportunity w/ a Rheum Private Practice with Infusion Services

Greenstaff Medical is looking for 1-3x American Board Certified (or soon will be) Rheumatologists to join a Private Practice in two suburban towns of New Jersey that are in high-demand and close proximity to everything. PARTNERSHIP TRACK IS AVAILABLE.

Practice Overview:

• Large Rheumatology practice with 2 locations - Freehold as the main location and Toms River.
• Very pleasant work environment in Central New Jersey with easy access to New York City and Philadelphia - NYC 50m, Philadelphia 60m.
• Traditional Private practice, with average 2,500 new patients a year.
• Currently 6 providers, 2 physicians and 4 mid-level providers (NP)The providers work in two locations, but never in the same day.
• The physician will have a medical assistant and will also work with a mid-level provider.

Position Overview:

• Standard schedule - Monday through Friday with no weekends and no hospital calls.
• Flexibility in workdays and hours – with part-time offering if desired.
• Physicians may work late hours (two hours after 5pm) one day a week to accommodate patients, on which, physician may start late in the day.

Compensation:

• $300K base + productivity model (~$380K threshold)
• Revenue share (~50%) on collections above threshold
• Performance-based bonuses + annual evaluations
• Partnership track + additional infusion revenue upside

Generous PTO offering. Competitive compensation - base pay, signing performance bonus, and revenue sharing. Additional income may be earned if the physician participates in clinical research on a separate contract. Signing Bonus. Healthcare benefits and retirement programs, with match available.
