Brown University Health (BUH) has an opportunity for a board certified or eligible rheumatologist. BUH Rheumatology is a program of Rhode Island Hospital, an affiliated hospital of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. With us you will provide compassionate, comprehensive care that alleviates our patients’ distress. Working alongside some of New England’s top rheumatologists, you will design treatment programs tailored to each person’s condition and need.
About the job:
· Join a team of nine Rheumatologists, two RNs and Pharmacists
· Dedicated Medical Assistant
· Call 1:6
· EMR is Epic
· Strong administrative support
· 32 clinical hours, 8 administrative hours per week
· Potential for a Brown Academic Appointment if desired
· Opportunities for clinical research
· Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
· H1-B visa eligible
About you:
· Board certified or eligible in Rheumatology
· Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine
· Experience preferred but not required
· Bring a passion for clinical work
