We are seeking a dedicated Geriatrics/Palliative Care Physician to join our Geriatric Memory Clinic in the Antelope Valley. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to an appreciative community, all within a supportive and collaborative work environment.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $105,000 advance on pay bonus

🩺 Practice Environment

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Scope of Practice: Primarily Geriatric Memory Clinic, with opportunities to also cross-service the Department's needs at Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospital Based Palliative Clinic, and Hospice Care.

Call Responsibilities:

- SNF, Home Palliative, and Hospice (Valley call) - ~1 weeknight/month (5:00–11:00 PM). ~2 weekends per year - SNF weekend daytime call: ~once every 6 weeks (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), typically low volume
