This adult only, primary care opening is with a team that cherishes long appointments and a comprehensive take on health and wellbeing. Administrative burden is lessened through lower daily patient volume and technology designed for efficiency.

​

• Outpatient only, primary care
• Concierge, Value-Based Care position with bonuses based on quality metrics
• Call is 1:8 and via telephone only (no home visits or hospital call)
• 10 to 12 patients per day
• 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri (no nights, evenings, or weekends)
• Benefits include health insurance, $15,000 sign-on bonus, and malpractice insurance, among others
• 25 vacation days, 9 holidays (total 34 days paid-time-off)

Location: The opportunity Montgomery, AL proper. Per the Economic Research Institute, median household income is $56,000 and median home price is $149,000. The metropolitan area has 385,000 residents.

• Family Medicine BC, BE, or PGY3 or
• Internal Medicine BC, BE, or PGY3
