Northern Nevada HOPES, an award-winning FQHC and "Best Places to Work" Hall of Fame member, is seeking a visionary physician to build a brand-new Geriatrics service line from the ground up.

What You'll Do: Innovation & Leadership

• Build Your Legacy: Foundational role to design and implement innovative, interdisciplinary care models for older adults.
• Integrated Care Model: Work within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) alongside behavioral health, case management, and on-site pharmacy.
• Mission-Driven: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse and under-resourced seniors (65+).
• State-of-the-Art Facilities: Practice at the Jerry Smith and Stacie Mathewson Community Wellness Centers in Reno, NV.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MD/DO graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified /Board-eligible in Internal Geriatrics Medicine.
