Surgical Epileptologist – UConn Health UConn Health is seeking a clinician educator or clinician scientist with expertise in epilepsy surgery to develop and lead its growing surgical epilepsy program. The role offers the opportunity to expand a Level 3 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit into a Level 4 Epilepsy Center, working alongside an experienced functional neurosurgeon and a collaborative neurology faculty of 20+ subspecialists. UConn features a modern EMU, joint neurology residency and epilepsy fellowship programs with Hartford HealthCare, and a state-of-the-art academic medical center located in Farmington, CT—convenient to Hartford, NYC, and Boston.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology Residency
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurology
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Epilepsy/Clinical Neurophysiology
- Fellowship training in Epilepsy and Epilepsy Surgery
- Interest in academic medicine, program development, and clinical research
