Neurologist in Indianapolis (MS Focus, 80%+ Virtual, No RVUs, No Call)

Join AndHealth as a Neurologist and practice in a care model built around patients, not throughput. You’ll care for people with complex neurological conditions who often wait months for a neurology appointment, as part of a multidisciplinary team.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

• No RVU-driven volume. Your schedule centers on new patient evaluations, consultations, and your own panel.
• Prior authorizations are handled by our team, not you. Patient Navigators and RNs manage care coordination.
• Practice at the top of your license. APPs and Clinical Pharmacists support routine follow-up and medication management, with your oversight of escalated cases.
• Hybrid flexibility. Virtual care combined with periodic in-person sessions at Community Health Center partner sites.
• Physician leadership. Report to our Chief Medical Officer, with opportunities over time to help shape protocols and care programs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Evaluate and consult on complex neurological conditions, including migraine and other headache disorders, multiple sclerosis, and related neuroimmunologic conditions.
• Build individualized treatment plans that integrate medical therapy, lifestyle, and social drivers of health.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to APPs and Clinical Pharmacists.
• Grow a patient panel over time, shifting from new patient access toward longitudinal management. AndHealth provides referral, partnership, and operational support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• M.D. or D.O.; Board Certified in Neurology
• ACGME-accredited Neurology residency
• Active, unrestricted Indiana medical license (or willingness to obtain); active DEA and BLS
• Comfortable with telehealth and in-person care; periodic travel to partner sites
• Preferred: experience in MS/neuroimmunology and experience mentoring APPs
• Required immunization and health clearances
