CPRI Medical & Rehab is seeking a Neurologist to join our growing interdisciplinary team. This unique opportunity allows you to develop a practice focused on the assessment and management of neurologic conditions within a collaborative, patient-centered environment across our Vancouver and New Westminster locations.

Compensation

  • Payment Structure: Fee-for-Service with MSP submissions every 2 weeks

Role Overview

As a Neurologist at CPRI Medical & Rehab, you would have the opportunity to develop a practice focused on a broad range of neurologic conditions. Areas of practice may include peripheral nerve disorders, neuropathic pain, concussion and post-concussion syndromes, headache and migraine disorders, functional neurologic disorders and neurologic complications related to spine and musculoskeletal conditions.

Physicians are encouraged to build a practice aligned with their clinical interests, which may include general neurology consultations, electrodiagnostic medicine (EMG/NCS), chronic pain management, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation care - with the flexibility of choosing your own schedule.

Core Responsibilities

Direct Patient Care

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based non-surgical and rehabilitation-focused interventions
  • Manage acute and chronic neurological and pain conditions

Diagnostics & Treatment Planning

  • Utilize clinical assessment, imaging, and electrodiagnostic resources as appropriate
  • Develop comprehensive management plans to improve patient function and quality of life

Collaborative Care

  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, counsellors, and kinesiologists

Clinical Development & Education

  • Contribute to clinic growth, education initiatives, and quality improvement projects
  • Participate in teaching opportunities through UBC-affiliated programs

Requirements, Qualifications, & Skills

Education & Certification

  • Neurology residency and board eligibility/certificate.

Licensure

  • Eligible for licensure with the CPSBC (independent, provisional, associate, or USA certified pathways)
  • Valid medical license with ability to work in British Columbia
  • CMPA coverage required

  • Strong clinical skills with a commitment to exceptional patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment
