Are you an Academically Oriented Neurologists? Subspecialty Opportunities Available

The Brown University Health Department of Neurology is seeking board-certified or board-eligible neurologists to join its world-class Division. This is an exciting opportunity to aid in the growth of the Neurology service line working with a committed group of health professionals and a team with very low turnover. This position is part of the long-term academic plan for the Rhode Island Hospital and Warren Alpert Medical School. We are seeking Neurologists with training in the following area:

· Neurohospitalists

· Neuromuscular (fellowship training required)

· Movement Disorders (fellowship training required)

· Epilepsy (fellowship training required)

· General Neurology/Neurophysiology

· Multiple Sclerosis (fellowship training required)

With us you will join a highly committed team of more than 40 neurologists, experienced advanced practice providers, nursing and secretarial support available and report to the Neurologist in Chief at Brown University Health for clinical responsibilities. There will be opportunities to participate in research. And an academic appointment to Brown with teaching responsibilities

The neurology departments at Rhode Island, The Miriam, Newport, Morton and St. Anne’s hospitals offer diagnosis and treatment of brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerve disorders. Rhode Island Hospital offers outpatient and inpatient neurology programs and services. Newport Neurology at Newport Hospital offers consultations, diagnostic testing and treatment for a wide range of neurologic conditions, from seizure disorders to migraines.
