Practice

• Flexible work scheduling includes a 4-day workweek or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with virtual scheduling capacity

Compensation

• Historical earning potential up to $640k total compensation
• 6 weeks of PTO
• $100k sign-on bonus, $20k relocation stipend, profit-sharing & cash balance plan
• Annual employer contribution of 10% of wages towards 401K plan (100% vested without employee contribution requirements)
