🌟 Pediatric Endocrinology NP/PA Opportunity | Full-Time | Long Beach, CA

MemorialCare Medical Group is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in Pediatric Endocrinology to provide high-quality, family-centered care at the Cherese Mari Laulhere Children’s Village at Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach. Working alongside pediatric endocrinologists and a multidisciplinary team, the APP will help improve access to specialty care, manage chronic endocrine conditions, and provide culturally responsive care to a diverse pediatric population.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage pediatric endocrine disorders, including diabetes, growth disorders, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, and pubertal conditions.
• Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, prescribe therapies, and provide ongoing follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, nutrition, diabetes management, and disease self-management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, diabetes educators, dietitians, social workers, primary care providers, and community resources to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and departmental activities while staying current with pediatric endocrinology best practices.
