Grandview Medical Center - Birmingham, Alabama is seeking an experienced and motivated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient primary care team.

This hospital-employed position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while maintaining a predictable outpatient schedule.

Position Highlights:

  • Join a well-established primary care group in a busy outpatient clinic
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
  • Traditional outpatient practice with a daytime schedule
  • Shared call rotation with telephonic-only coverage
  • Dedicated Medical Assistant assigned to each provider
  • Shared administrative support staff

Qualifications:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active or eligible Alabama licensure
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) experience preferred
  • Ability to practice independently and manage patients autonomously
  • Prior experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care required
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care
