Location: Jamestown, CA - Central Valley, – California Start: ASAP- 13-week assignment Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm Outpatient Clinic (No weekends) Rate: $90/hour + travel reimbursement

Make a meaningful impact in tribal health. Arc Health is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient team. Located in a vibrant tribal community, our clinic is committed to culturally competent care, chronic disease management, and health equity.

🩺 Position Highlights:

• Provide full-spectrum primary care across the lifespan
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health, and tribal programs
• See all ages
• Patient volume 16 to 18 patients per day
• Focus on prevention, wellness, and chronic condition management
• No weekends, no call—work-life balance prioritized
• EMR Meditech

📋 Requirements:

• Active & unrestricted California NP & RN license
• National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• DEA registration & furnishing number (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS (ACLS preferred)
• 1+ year of outpatient experience preferred
• Experience with Native American or underserved populations a plus
