This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

This position operates within the Tri-State Community Clinics network under Ascension St. Vincent Evansville. What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- Clinical Autonomy: Demonstrated comfort and proficiency working as a solo on-site provider, demonstrating high-level clinical decision-making skills.
- Collaborative Communication: Strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively direct on-site clinical support staff (CMAs/LPNs/RNs) and seamlessly communicate with the broader regional provider network.
