St. Mary's Primary Care seeks an experienced APP to join our dedicated team, providing Primary Care to one of Maine’s largest metropolitan areas in the City of Lewiston, ME.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time, 4-day clinic work week, 32 patient contact hours per week. Schedule flexibility and remote capabilities for administrative tasks
• 16-18 patients per day, with no after hours or weekend call requirements

Requirements:

• Graduation from a state certified advance practice program
• An unrestricted license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant.
• An unrestricted DEA registration.
• A state-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
• Registration with the state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)
• Minimum of at least 3 years providing direct Family Medicine care
