Family Nurse Practitioner Locums in Washington

Aya Locums is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to assist with locums coverage in Washington (multiple cities available). Please review the details below.

Specialty: Family Practice

Start Date: April 2024 or ASAP

Contract Length: 3 months - potential to extend

Shift Details: 8A - 5P 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours with 1 hour lunch

Work Details:

• Patients daily: up to 18; may be less depending on cancellations
• Support staff: Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider, reception, mental health therapists, dieticians, etc.
• EMR: EPIC
• Department Description: Community Health Center; bread and butter family practice, injections, IUD, minor wound care
• Population: Newborn to geriatric
• Community Health Center. Providers must have experience in these settings or have interest to work with vulnerable populations and have recent family medicine experience. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site.

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
• License required: WA
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks

Olympia; Everson; Federal Way; Lakewood; Battle Ground; Spanaway; Lacey; Aberdeen; Vancouver; Puyallup

Travel, lodging, rental car or mileage will be provided or reimbursed. Malpractice insurance will be provided.
