How you'll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
* Join an established primary care team dedicated to resolving local access needs and delivering high-quality community medicine.
* Comprehensive Full-Lifespan Primary Care: Autonomously lead patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and preventative screenings while collaborating with physicians to diagnose and treat complex acute and chronic health conditions.
* Patient-Centered Education & Coordination: Counsel patients and families on preventive wellness and treatment options while managing direct specialty referrals, community resource coordination, and rigorous electronic health record documentation.

What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Midwife credentialed from the Wisconsin Midwives Advisory Committee obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Education:
- Master's or Doctorate of Science in Nursing or Midwifery or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required.
