Wisconsin Family APP West of Madison

This Wisconsin hospital seeks to hire a full time NP or PA for a clinic located just under an hour west of Madison. This is an employed position, replacing a provider retiring from the facility. 

Here's an overview of the position:

• Looking for a provider to start in Spring 2024.
• All ages Family Medicine clinic role with no after hours call.
• Will see 8 to 12 patients per day on average.
• Compensation commensurate with experience. Sign on and relo available.
• Two other providers in the practice plus established support staff (MAs, lab staff, PT, receptionist).
• Certified Rural Health Clinic with HRSA recognition.
