Volunteer PA Opportunity with CommunityHealth

CommunityHealth is the largest volunteer-based health center in the nation. We provide primary and specialty care, medications, lab testing, mental health services, and health education at no charge to over 4,000 low-income, uninsured and underinsured adults in Chicago.

Your role: Our providers help patients establish care with a medical home and get well by treating a variety of issues. Join a passionate, collaborative team of volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

Commitment: Volunteer providers must commit to a minimum of one 4-hour session per month for at least one year. Shifts times are flexible and vary by location, but generally we operate Monday-Saturday with some weekday evening hours as well.
