### Compensation

• Base Salary: Up to $410,000 + quarterly production bonuses
• Retention Bonus: $30,000 + up to $40,000 annual incentives
• Student Loan Forgiveness + full malpractice coverage

### Who You Are

• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and clinical program development
• Open to stepping into leadership (no prior experience required)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state
