*Outpatient-only coverage in Kentucky with light volume, no call, and credentialing under 10 days. *
Highlights
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday schedule only
- No call, no OB, no weekends
- Contract through July 2026 with extension possible
- Credentialing in 7–10 days
Practice Setting
- Outpatient clinic for adults (18+)
- On-site medication dispensary (experience preferred)
- Support from dedicated CMA and LPN
- EPIC charting system
Schedule
- Mondays: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch daily
Cases and Procedures
- General primary care only
- Medication dispensing (license required)
- No occupational medicine
Requirements
- Active Kentucky license and DEA
- BLS certification required
Other Details
- Local candidates preferred; no travel coverage
- Low patient volume: 12–15 patients per day
