Primary Care Medical Director | Southwestern Vermont

3-Day Clinical / 2-Day Admin | $275,000–$325,000 Base + Signing Bonus & Full Family Premium Support

We are seeking a Primary Care Medical Director to lead our fully integrated, community-focused health center in Southwestern Vermont. This position offers a 50/50 balance between clinical practice and strategic leadership, backed by an exceptional support system designed to eliminate physician burnout.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine.

  • Active (or eligible for) Vermont medical license and DEA registration.
