Pediatric Cardiologist: Seattle Children's - Central Washington

As the largest pediatric cardiology practice in the area, Seattle Children's Central Washington Cardiology Clinics provides care for newborns, children and teens close to home in the central Washington region. Our clinics are located in Kennewick, Wenatchee and Yakima. We have a monthly outreach clinic in Walla Walla.

Provide physician specialty services according to individual employment contract (as applicable). Ensure coordination of care with patients and attending physicians, and collaboration with nursing, pediatric and other medical and surgical subspecialty services, community physicians and ancillary health team providers. Ensure the quality of all patient care and service, and integration of these services with Seattle Children's goals, vision and philosophy.

Required Education and Experience MD Degree. Board eligibility or certification in Pediatrics by the American Academy of Pediatrics and/or specialty as applicable. Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges at Seattle Children’s and other sites as applicable.

Required Credentials Licensed as a Physician in the State of Washington or State within WAMI region. Federal DEA Registration. Prior to start of employment, must obtain, and maintain in good standing, medical or allied health professional staff privileges that are not limited, revoked, suspended, conditioned, or probationary, except for normal probationary periods due to initial appointment. All medical and allied health professional staff members are provisional for the first year. Any and all medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children's will terminate automatically upon the termination of the individual's employment at Children's. Termination of employment does not prohibit the individual from seeking medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children’s as a non-employee in any category for which the individual qualifies. Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children’s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
