Schedule:Full-Time | (4) 10 hour shifts per week and (2) weekends per month, hours 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

How you'll make an impact in this role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
* Join an established team of 5 physicians and 1 APP
* Call structure: None
* Practice setting: inpatient
* Access to Optimize hospital throughput by effectively prioritizing and managing urgent GI cases.
* Employed position within a nonprofit health system
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Advanced Practice Provider
* Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
* Drive Clinical Excellence: Lead the evaluation of new inpatient GI consults and the formulation of complex treatment plans to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Clinical Volume: Manage an expected hospital volume of 12-15 patients per day

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Master's degree of Nursing required.
