Virtua Radiology is seeking a Body / General Diagnostic Radiologist to join our expanding team. This position offers a diverse diagnostic practice with exposure to a broad range of imaging modalities.

Position Highlights

• Broad general radiology practice including body imaging
• Remote and on-site work opportunities available
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient studies
• Flexible schedule with shared call
• No evening or overnight call (covered by remote teleradiology service)
• Limited weekend call
• Access to modern imaging platforms and subspecialty colleagues
• Stable, physician-led group within a large health system

Responsibilities

• Interpret CT, MRI, ultrasound, and general radiography studies
• Collaborate with referring physicians across multiple specialties
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences as appropriate
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Support departmental quality and performance initiatives

​

Qualifications

• MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in Body Imaging preferred but not required

Compensation Transparency

In compliance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, the posted minimum base salary for this physician position is $525,000 annually for newly practicing physicians.

​

Providers with post-training experience will be offered a starting base salary of $650,000 or higher, based on years of experience, specialty expertise, and overall qualifications.

​

Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience, credentials, training, and prevailing market conditions.
