Remote Diagnostic Radiologist - Flexible Schedule

A teleradiology practice is seeking board-certified Diagnostic Radiologists for flexible remote coverage across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Daytime and evening coverage are the highest priorities, though providers interested in overnight or weekend-only work are also encouraged to inquire.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling based on provider availability and coverage needs
• Preferred availability: approximately 30 hours per week
• Monday–Friday coverage preferred
• Approximately 2 weekends per month
• Weekend-only coverage may also be considered
• No call requirement

Study Mix

• 50% plain films
• 35% cross-sectional imaging, including CT and MRI
• 15% other modalities, including nuclear medicine, mammography, and other studies

Providers should be comfortable with a steady reading volume and maintaining efficient turnaround times.

Technology

• PACS: EXA
• Remote workstation: Provider-owned workstation highly preferred

Requirements

• Board certification required
• Active New Mexico medical license required

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 4–6 weeks
• Client is not currently offering additional state licensing support
