Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Abdominal Transplant

Inova is looking for a dedicated, full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) needed for busy Abdominal Transplant service. Schedule is full time, Monday-Friday 8 hour days.

Abdominal Transplant Advanced Practice Provider Job Responsibilities:

• APP will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care in the inpatient clinical setting.
• Provide inpatient coverage at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus
• Day shift with rotational weekend coverage
• No call or night shifts required
• Some floating to other locations may be required - can discuss during interview

Additional Requirements:

• Work schedule: 8 hour shifts: Monday thru Friday
• Education: Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Experience: Prefer a provider with prior abdominal transplant experience (inpatient or outpatient), or with a minimum of 2 years of any clinical experience.
• Board certified (ACNP or NCCPA certification)
• BLS
• Virginia License
• DEA
