APP Orthopedic Sports Medicine - $10,000 sign on bonus

Exciting opportunity to open a new clinic with an existing and experienced team of 3 non-operative sports medicine physicians and 1 APP.

• Responsibilities will include a mix of orthopedic care, sports medicine, and orthopedic specialized walk-in services, such as orthopedic assessment, examination, conservative ortho care including injections and small procedures.
• Flexible scheduling (8-,10-, or 12-hour shifts) with rotating weekend coverage. Clinic hours: 8a-8p M-F and 8a-12p Sat/Sun.
• Full support system including shared nurses & CMA’s, mentorship from sports medicine physicians and trauma surgeons, on site X-ray, and a system of Emergency departments and primary care & specialty offices for referrals.
• Extensive training provided by Orthopedic Surgeons - new graduates or APPs new to the specialty are encouraged to apply.
• $10,000 sign on bonus!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Education: Master's or Doctorate
• Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Clinical experience in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, or Occupational Health
• Proficient in orthopedic or urgent care procedures such as joint injections or suturing.
