How you'll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, board-certified Physician Assistant to step into an autonomous outpatient role within a busy, well-respected breast care practice, working alongside a collaborative clinical team and supported by the full resources of a robust health system network.
* Join an established team of 2 physicians and 1 APP
* Call structure: None
* Practice setting: Outpatient
* Employed position within a nonprofit health system
* NCCPA board certification
* Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
* Guide patients through their care journey from initial consultation to post-operative follow-ups, delivering the clinical expertise and emotional reassurance vital for breast health journeys.
* Manage an independent outpatient caseload of 15-17 patients per day, serving as their dedicated, primary point of contact during clinic hours
* Previous Breast Surgery Experience Preferred: Bring prior clinical experience from a breast surgery or breast health environment to smoothly transition into this specialized patient panel

What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Physician Assistant credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 1 year of experience preferred.
